UK ORDERS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
 

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a refund or exchange. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.  To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return my items?’ section.

 

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN? 

We do not accept returns on any underwear garments. (Including socks)

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

To start your return please send an email to support@presentedby.com with your order number.

1.Clearly list the items you’d like to return providing a reason. eg. too small  

2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid postage label which may be deducted from your refund.

3. Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. 

4. Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your closest drop-off point

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIMES

For all international transit times, please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, then a further 5 working days for refunds & exchanges to be processed. 

REFUNDS

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once you’ve sent your items back to us and your refund has been approved, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email support@presentedby.com so we can investigate this for you.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return.
